Scott found his passion for Gin a few years ago and since then Gin has very much been the word of the day. Scott travels the breadth of the UK as an independent brand ambassador for a few Scottish Gin companies and has developed his wealth of knowledge and experience within the Scottish Gin market by supporting other gin businesses. Scott is the regimental sergeant major of the business, making sure every event is delivered with military precision and a bit of his quick wit thrown in for good measure. 

Erin is the creative flair in the business and loves being able to create unique and different experiences for whatever the occasion. Erin called upon her university days experience of bar tending and polished off the cocktail shakers to get back to serving up a storm behind the bar. Erin is always up for a challenge and going into business with her partner was certainly one she was willing to try. It's going well so far...…….
